Once you've made your selection, our skilled artisan, Allison, will begin handcrafting your unique ring with her expertise and attention to detail. From the precise setting of the gemstone to the flawless finish of the metal, every step is taken with care to ensure your custom ring exceeds your expectations.

First. Choose the ethically sourced gem or diamond that makes your heart sing. From this point you can then confirm a ring setting or purchase your gem and schedule a design chat with Allison for a fully custom ring!

 

Second. Select the ring setting that best matches your look and style. Worried the center stone of the setting shown isn’t the same shape as the gemstone you chose? Don’t worry! That is part of the design process!

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • If the Build Your Own Ring setting is almost what you want, but not quite, please fill out this questionnaire pre-checkout (there will be prompts). If you miss it, don’t worry, we will email a link to fill it out. We will look over your submitted design and schedule a design chat if need be. At a minimum we will be sending you a sketch to make sure we are on the same page before moving forward with the physical creation of your forever ring!

  • All rings are made to order. Please allow 7-9 weeks for all custom and semi-custom work to be shipped. And up to 10 weeks for the Two-Tone Signet Ring to be shipped.

  • Download our ring sizer guide if you need to confirm your ring size. We highly recommend having your finger professionally sized for confirmation! Make sure your hands are warm and you have not consumed an inordinate amount of salt the day before.

  • All rings are made to order and to the client’s dimensions. All made to order and custom work is nonrefundable.

  • Move forward with purchasing your stone via the gem library and then schedule a design chat with us. We’ll help you decide what the best direction is for your project!
